 About Us  Tim and Rachel WareUS missionaries, Tim and Rachel Ware, come from a combination of a corporate, educational, and ministry background. Tim worked bi-vocationally in ministry during the eighteen years he worked in the corporate world. In 2008 he resigned from his position as a Project Controls Manager with Mustang Engineering in Houston to become a US Missionary. Rachel has experience as a licensed teacher and a counselor/trainer for a crisis pregnancy center. More recently, they served as US missionaries appointed to help the Dallas Metro Dream Center. At the DMDC Tim served as General Manager and Rachel worked with the Metro Kidz program and outreach events. Their current US Missions assignment is to strengthen and increase the ministry impact of churches and ministries in their area and beyond. They also are the proud parents of Liz and Caleb Ware.
